September 1 – March 31 is Lobster Season on the Island. This is the only time of year where local divers or fisherman can catch Bermuda Lobsters and when restaurants can sell them. I’ve recently mastered cooking them myself but still enjoy the different ways that various restaurants serve them. The countdown is on until the end of the season….
